Overlooking this intrigue, we have a POOL VILLA FOR SALE OR RENT. It works well as a family home or a rental investment property. It is close enough to the beach, yet far enough for privacy. And it is far enough from the crowd, yet close enough for fun. This 4 bedroom villa is on the Tri Trang headland, south of Patong, Phuket and overlooks Patong Bay / Emerald Bay / Patong beach and town.

Our spacious well appointed villa is a private independent villa. It is for sale fully furnished. It offers memorable comfort and convenience with an appealing ambience. The villa has four large comfortable bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Each bedroom benefits from en-suite facilities. The villa has been decorated and furnished to provide quality throughout.
Daily Rates:
Our villa has four double bedrooms so it is suitable for 8 people. And the daily price rate starts at 8,000 Thai baht per night for the whole villa.
We have a sliding scale representing a 5% reduction per person, down to a 35% reduction for only 1 person for the whole villa.
So this all equates to the following rates per night:-
8 people = 8,000 thb
7 people = 7,600 thb
6 people = 7,200 thb
5 people = 6,800 thb
4 people = 6,400 thb
3 people = 6,000 thb
2 people = 5,600 thb
1 person = 5,200 thb
These rates include all taxes. There is no charge for early check-in or late check- out.
Check In / Check Out times:
We are very flexible on this but please advise us. You can check in at 09.00 hrs and check out at 21.00 hrs if you so wish, depending on your flight times, with no extra charges.
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances we try to give a 100% refund of your payment upto 14 days before arrival.
