Description
This just completed contemporary four bedroom hillside villa commands one of the best positions in Choeng Mon Beach (North East Samui). The villa has three levels. Main Entrance to the property is at the top level. Two comfortable double en-suite bedrooms are located on the top floor. These open on to a large deck and enjoy spectacular sea and local area views. Both roomy en-suite bathrooms are stylishly fitted out. The master bedroom's bathroom not only has a elegant bathtub and big shower place, but also has a dedicated make up station. The toilet is equipped with intelligent toilet seat cover. The master bedroom also has mosquito screens so you can enjoy natural breeze at sleep. On the middle level is the spacious open plan living room with fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Large sliding doors open on to a good sized deck with an invitingly cool outdoor lounge area and led illuminated infinity pool - a perfect place from which to enjoy the expansive sea views, stunning sunrise and Plai Laem temple. The bottom level has a self contained two en-suite bedrooms with a kitchenette, dining and lounge area, independent entrance and a small deck area with an outdoor table and chairs. The deck on this level has some sea views and extensive views over the hills and tropical bush of the local area. This villa is the Winner at the Thailand Property Awards (2014) and the Winner of the Highly Commended Award in the category of Best Villa Development (Thailand) of South East ASIAN PROPERTY AWARD (2014). The overall design and styling of the villa is contemporary using simple clean lines and subdued cream and white interiors throughout. The stunning views have rightly been given top billing by the designers. Moreover, stylish artworks are all throughout the villa. For wine lovers there is even a dedicated wine cabinet with wine fridge. All beds are king size. The pool and jacuzzi use a non-chlorine filtration system. Well designed and appointed, well thought out, well located and brand new. Who could ask for more? The villa development is now almost complete with the last 2 villas opening for guests in July 2017. During this final phase there will be occasional disturbances due to light construction so we are offering discounted rates to the guests. The construction will only occur from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Daily rates are inclusive : 100 Kwt daily electricity, internet, True Vision TV, cleaning every 3 day, linens and towels change every 3 day, round trip airport transfer (1 mini van), welcome pack on arrival. Continental breakfast can be organized at the extra charge of 15USD per person. Additional cleaning service 50USD, Private chef specializing in Thai or other cuisines can be organized on request.
