    This wonderful house is located in a residential area in North Sairee, Koh Tao. This area is very popular because of the amazing view on Koh Nang Yuan, the 3 islands off the coast of Koh Tao which are often listed in the top 10 of most beautiful islands in the world. This house has an uninterrupted view on the Gulf of Thailand and on the white sandy beach connecting the three islands of Koh Nang Yuan.

    The 2 storey detached house will easily catch your eye due to its size, 240 sqm, and colour, it has a very distinctive dark orange exterior. It's easily accessible. The concrete road up to the house will lead you uphill through the jungle to this more luxury residential area. It's possible to drive all the way up to the front door with the motorbike and several bikes can be parked in front of the house.

    This house has been built 8 years ago on 500 sqm land. The top floor has a bright and airy living room with high ceilings and big sliding doors leading to a conservatory. It has a large L-shaped sofa and wooden floorboards that give the space a warm and homely feel.

    The very wide and spacious conservatory is of real added value. It's completely closed off by mosquito screens. This allows opening the sliding doors, that separate the living room from the conservatory, and integrating the outside living space with the inside living area without being bothered by any insects.     The open kitchen is located on the right after you enter the front door. It is fully equipped with appliances including a 4 hob gas stove with extractor fan, a large refrigerator, an oven and plenty of storage space divided over several cupboards and shelves.

    The 2 double bedrooms upstairs are located just off the living room. Both bedrooms are spacious and stand out because of the big modern closet space and bedroom furniture. The rooms are equipped with both air conditioning and fan.
    The bathroom has a toilet with a modern automatic seat, a washbasin with storage space below and a shower. The floor is tiled and the room has ventilation.

    The lower floor consists of 3 self-contained studios with double beds, storage space, and bathrooms. Currently, the upper floor is used as a family home and the studios on the lower floor are used to host visiting family and friends but these rooms could also be used for short term rental.

    In addition, it's good to know that the whole area is generator powered. This means there are fewer power outages than on the rest of the island but the unit price is higher than the government electricity. Water is collected from the roof and it's currently possible to store 25,000 - litre water.

    The house will be offered partly furnished. There is a good cable internet connection (CAT) available. Next, to the house, there's space to build a pool.

    The owners have leased the land of the government (Tanarak). They still have 27 years of lease remaining for which the yearly costs are negligible. The lease can be renewed for another 30 years with the provision of further 30 year rollovers.
