Villa Type: 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex with plunge pool. Sleeps 6.
Fully air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans throughout.
The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen / dining / living area comfortably furnished with rattan furniture, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. WiFi is available throughout the villa. The western kitchen is practical and fully equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and refrigerator. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed and separate full bathroom.
There are two beautiful bedrooms upstairs, furnished with queen sized beds, ample closets and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and a safe.
Guests will probably spend the majority of their time at the outdoor pool terrace which includes a 6 x 4 meter triangular shaped plunge pool, bar, dining area and pool loungers.
Master Bedroom: Queen sized bed, walk-in closet, electronic safe, ceiling fan, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with rain shower.
Second Bedroom: Queen sized bed, built in closet, ceiling fan, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with rain shower.
Third Bedroom: Queen sized bed, built in closet, ceiling fan, air conditioning, separate bathroom with rain shower.
The villa is monitored on the outside by CCTV cameras for 24-hour security.
Location: Ideally located in a tranquil, secure estate in prestigious Cheong Mon. Very short walk to the main Ring Road which accesses Samui's most famous beaches and attractions. Cheong Mon is a beautiful, idyllic beachside township in Koh Samui's northeast coast. It has a fabulous choice of beachfront restaurants, bars and water sports. It is one of the most picturesque, tranquil and family-safe beaches in Koh Samui. The villa is 5 minutes by car to Cheong Mon beach, 10 minutes to the airport, and 15 minutes to Fishermen's Village or Chaweng.

Rental Rates Exclude:
Airport transfers @ 700 baht per vehicle each way
Private chef services @ 1,500 baht per setting (plus ingredient cost + 20%). 24 hours notice is usually required for this service.

Electricity is charged at the local municipal rate. Meter readings are taken at the beginning and end of the guests' stay.
