The road up to the house is paved in concrete. At some points, it's a bit steep, but as long as you are not in a hurry, and nobody is on this island, you will be fine. The house is only a 5-minute drive away from Sairee beach and town and even a shorter drive to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The parking for the house is located at the end of the street. Residents have to walk up a few steps through a nice garden to get to the house.
Both levels of the house are the same. Each floor consists of a 3 bedroom apartment, with a living room, kitchen and additional office or spa room. The living room has an open kitchen. It's small and basic but sufficient to prepare a meal. The living room is light and cozy. Both the kitchen and living room have sliding doors that open up to the terrace and allow to integrate the inside living area with the outside living space.

Initially the owners intended the 3rd room in the house to be used as a spa or office, but currently, it's furnished as a 3rd bedroom. The bedrooms have a comfortable size and build in closet space. The bathrooms on the lower floor have bathtubs and the upper floor only showers.
Both floors furthermore have a balcony that stretches all the way across the length of the house and allows the residents to enjoy the most amazing view of Sairee and Koh Nang Yuan in the distance. Can you see yourself already relaxing in a hammock?
The house is ready to move in! It's completely furnished and all maintenance and repairs are up to date. This means that you can either move in yourself or start renting out 1 or 2 floors as of tomorrow. The current owner has successfully rented out both floors for a longer period of time. It's a popular location, the house is comfortable and the view spectacular.
Good to know is that there's still space on the land to expand and build an additional building or a pool.
