Both apartments have 2 double bedrooms each with a combination of single beds, double beds and bunk beds allowing for full versatility to cater for all groups. Again, the views from these 2 apartments are West to Northwest sea view sunset facing, not to mention breathtaking. Both of these apartments also overlook the swimming pool with easy access.
On the floor below you will find a little hidden gem of a studio tucked away from prying eyes in it's own private corner of the building. The self contained studio (5m x 4m) below again benefits from all the wonderful views surrounding the villa and incredible sunsets.
There is a swimming pool (6.5m x 5.2m) next to the terrace / decking area (5.2m x 10m).
It is worth mentioning the villa is sold with all the current fixtures, fittings and furniture. Finally, did we mention the views? As previously mentioned the villa does have spectacular sunset sea views but it also enjoys lush green tropical mountain views and a beautiful clear line of to Koh Nan-uang Island and the new built glistening Koh Tao Temple.
